PolymerFX™ has numerous systems for office space floors. They include epoxy, polyurea, polyaspartic, and urethane systems.
One of the most significant advantages of a polyurea and polyaspartic floor system for office space is the rapid installation process, often in 1 day. That’s a money saver during the construction process of a new office buildout.
Epoxy coatings have a slower cure process. It generally takes 2-3 days to apply an epoxy floor system and a few more days before your new office can be put into use.

One Day Install
For floors under 1,000 square feet, our floor coating systems can be installed in one day and used the next day. Due to the quick cure process, floors over 1,000 square feet generally require additional crew members or an additional day to install. Seamless Flooring
Seamless floor systems are easy to keep clean. Dirt, sand, and dust tracked through your office will not get trapped in tile grout lines or hardwood seams.
Numerous Decorative Options
Multiple colors are available for both polyaspartic and epoxy systems. Additionally, there are four decorative options. They include solid color, full-chip system, colored quartz and metallic. If you are considering a polished concrete floor but are concerned about the noise issue, as explained above, one of our clear coats can be applied.
Recoating Floors
Let’s face it, floors with a lot of foot traffic will lose their brand new look over several years. If you want to rejuvenate your floor or change the color and design, our epoxy and polyaspartics can be lightly sanded and recoated with a clear urethane coat or a new design. Due to the quick cure, this can be completed quickly without downtime for your business.
